Privacy policy

Last updated November 8, 2026

Hypely ("we") runs this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect on this site

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and no third party tracks you across other sites from it. We don't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we don't track you in the first place. If you book a call, the booking form (run by Google Calendar) asks for your name, email, phone number and business name. We use that only to call you at the time you picked and to follow up about the call.

Services used

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and the fonts are served from our own site. The booking calendar is Google Calendar, which may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Text messages

We only text people who asked to hear from us or from the business we work for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Our clients' customers

When we run lead follow-up for a business, the leads and conversations belong to that business. We process them only to provide our service, and the business can get a full export at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run our business (like the ones above), or if the law requires it.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, and we'll do it within 30 days.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
