Marketing for gyms and boutique fitness studios
We run the whole path from a short video to a booked first class: the videos, the Meta ads, the page people land on, and a reply to every new lead in under 60 seconds. It's built for gyms, CrossFit boxes and boutique studios that want more people booking trials.

- Videos made for your gym. 12 a month on the Growth plan. Our creators record them speaking as your gym, or you send clips from your phone and we edit them. You approve every script, and we never need to visit.
- Meta ads in your own ad account. 30+ ad versions a month. You pay Meta directly and see every dollar. We never mark up ad spend.
- A landing page for your offer with online booking, so people pick a class time without calling.
- A reply in under 60 seconds. A text from your gym's name from 9am to 8pm in the lead's time zone, an instant email the rest of the time, with a link to book. See lead follow-up.
- Reminders and follow-up. Reminders before every class, missed-call text-back, and two weeks of check-ins for people who don't book.
- A weekly report with leads, bookings, shows and what each booking cost.
Pick the right first step
The offer matters more than the ad. We help you choose one and say it clearly.
- Free intro, booked into a real time. A free first class or a free week, but the lead picks a class time by text. This fits most general gyms, strength, HIIT, boxing and CrossFit. A free trial with no set time is easy to forget.
- Paid intro pack. Pilates, reformer, yoga and barre studios often sell a short starter pack, like 3 classes in 14 days for new clients. Spots are limited, so a small price helps fill them with people who show up.
Getting ready for January
January is the biggest month for most gyms, so the work starts in November. Our January Rush Pack ($1,500 one time, November only) covers 8 videos, a January ad campaign built and ready, and text-back live before January 1. In December we build up the people who've watched your videos, then push hard from late December through January with a real deadline on the offer.
Ads that follow Meta's rules
Meta doesn't allow ads that say or hint at something about the viewer's body, health or other personal traits. Gym ads get rejected for this all the time, and repeat rejections can put an ad account at risk. So we talk about your gym and your offer, never the viewer:
- Yes: "New to the gym? Start here." "Your first week is on us." "45 minutes, coached, 5:30am or 6pm."
- No: "Tired of your belly fat?" "Feeling out of shape?" No before-and-after photos, no "lose X in Y days," and no health questions on lead forms.
We only use real, public reviews. Our creators speak for your gym and never pretend to be members.
The booked-trial guarantee
Before your ads start, we set a target for booked trials in your first 30 days of ads, worked out from your ad budget. For a gym spending $1,500 on ads in those 30 days, the target is 20 booked trials. Miss it, and month two is free.
