Marketing for salons and barbershops
We help hair, nail, lash and brow salons and barbershops book more new clients: short videos, Meta ads in your own ad account, an online booking page, and a reply to every new inquiry in under 60 seconds. Your team doesn't have to stop a service to answer the phone.

A new client usually has a question before they book. Do you cut curly hair? Can I come in after work? If the answer waits until a stylist is between clients, that person has often booked somewhere else.
A lot of booking happens after you close. When the salon software company Phorest looked at bookings at more than 5,000 salons and spas, only 54% were made during opening hours, and 28% came in the evening after closing (Salon Today, 2019). So a booking link that works at 10pm matters, and so does a fast answer. Here's why reply speed matters.
And an open Tuesday at 2pm can't be sold next week. We aim at booked chairs, not followers.
What we run for a salon
- Videos made for your salon. 12 a month. Our creators record them speaking as your salon, or your stylists send phone clips. We never film in your salon.
- Meta ads in your own ad account. 30+ ad versions a month. You pay Meta directly. We never mark up ad spend.
- A booking page for your new-client offer, so people pick a service, a time and a stylist without calling.
- A reply in under 60 seconds. A text from your salon's name from 9am to 8pm in the client's time zone (not before noon on Sundays), and an instant email otherwise, with a link to book. Texts only go to people who opted in. See lead follow-up.
- Missed-call text-back. Your stylists can't pick up with color on someone's head. A missed call gets a text right away during texting hours.
- Reminders, follow-up and a weekly report on inquiries, new-client bookings, shows and what each booking cost.
You own the ad account, the page, the client data and every video.
Video ideas for a salon
- "Meet [stylist]." A 20-second phone intro: what they love doing, who they're best for and which days they work.
- "A 3-hour appointment in 30 seconds." A time-lapse of a real service from the stylist's phone, with the client's written OK, and a voiceover on each step.
- "What to bring to a color consult." Photos you like, your last color and your budget.
- "How to book a fill in 20 seconds." A screen recording of your booking page, start to finish.
- "Open chairs today." A quick daily post for barbershops: who's free, what times, and the link.
Ad angles that follow Meta's rules
Meta doesn't allow ads that say or hint at something about the viewer's personal traits, such as their age or health. We also skip lines that point at flaws in how someone looks. We advertise the salon, the stylist and the open time:
- Yes: "New to [Salon]? Your first visit starts with a free consult." "Open chairs Tuesday and Wednesday. Book from your phone." "Meet [stylist], our curly-cut specialist."
- No: "Hate your hair?" "Tired of looking tired?" "Is your hair thinning?"
We only use real, public reviews. Our creators speak for your salon and never pretend to be clients.
Fill the slow weeks, plan for the busy ones
Prom and wedding season, back-to-school and the holidays book up early, while January and some weekdays often run slow. We plan for both: weekday offers for quiet days, and gift cards and early booking before the rush.
How pricing works
Our main plan covers everything above: $1,500 a month for our first 5 clients this November (Founding Partner), then $2,500 a month plus a $1,500 setup fee (Growth). Both have a 3-month minimum. Ad spend is separate, paid to Meta; we usually suggest $1,000 to $2,000 a month. See pricing and add-ons.
The booked-appointment guarantee
We agree on the target before you sign, based on your ad budget and your first step, like a free consult. It goes in your agreement. Miss it in your first 30 days of ads, and month two's fee is waived.
Questions
How do I get more salon clients?
Make booking easy and answer fast. Show your stylists and your work in short videos, run one clear new-client offer, put your booking link everywhere, and reply to every inquiry within a minute.
Do you work with barbershops, nail, lash and brow studios?
Yes. The system is the same. The videos, offers and ad lines change to fit what you do.
Will it work with my booking software?
We check that on the free audit. If your tool can't send us new bookings, we can set up a calendar in your CRM for new clients, so every one is tracked.
Will you text my clients without asking?
No. We only text people who opted in or contacted you first. Every first text names your salon, and STOP works.
Do you only work with salons?
No. We also work with med spas, fitness studios, gyms and home service companies. Hypely is an Iowa company that works remotely with businesses across the US.
