Marketing for med spas, built around booked consults
We help med spas get more people to book a consult: short videos, Meta ads in your own ad account, a page where people book online, and a reply to every new lead in under 60 seconds. We talk about your spa, your providers and how to book, never about results.

Someone fills out your form and wants to know: Is the consult free? How long is the visit? Forms often come in at night or over lunch, while your front desk is busy. If the answer comes the next day, many people have booked with the spa that answered first.
Speed matters. In an audit of 2,241 US firms, those that tried to reach a new lead within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to qualify it as firms that waited even one hour longer (Harvard Business Review, 2011). Most med spa patients have been in before: an average of 73% are repeat patients (American Med Spa Association, 2024). The hard part is the first consult, so that's where we focus. More on speed to lead.
What we run for a med spa
- Videos made for your spa. 12 a month. Our creators record them speaking as your spa, or your team sends phone clips. Your provider approves every script. We never film at your spa.
- Meta ads in your own ad account. 30+ ad versions a month, shown to adults 18 and up. You pay Meta directly. We never mark up ad spend.
- A consult page with online booking, so people pick a time without calling.
- A reply in under 60 seconds. A text from your spa's name from 9am to 8pm in the lead's time zone (not before noon on Sundays), and an instant email otherwise, with a link to book. Texts only go to people who opted in. See lead follow-up.
- Missed-call text-back, reminders and follow-up, plus a weekly report on leads, bookings and cost per booking.
You own the ad account, the page, the lead data and every video.
Video ideas for a med spa
- "What happens at your first consult." A host walks through the visit over your photos: check-in, the provider's questions and how a plan gets made.
- "4 questions to ask before you pick an injector." Training, who does the consult and how follow-up works.
- "Your provider answers." Quick phone answers to process questions: How long is the appointment? Is there a consult fee?
- "Our membership, explained." What it includes, how booking works and how to cancel.
- "A look around." A tour of your space from your own footage.
No before-and-after photos, no results shots, and nobody posing as a patient. Anyone shown getting a service gave written consent.
Ad angles that follow Meta's rules
Meta bans ads that say or hint at something about the viewer's body, health, age or other personal traits. Its health and wellness rules also ban content that makes people feel bad about how they look. So we write about your spa and the next step:
- Yes: "Questions about fillers? Book a free consult." "Meet [provider], who does every consult at [Spa]." "Evening consult times open this week."
- No: "Hate your wrinkles?" "Look 10 years younger." "Ready to fix your [body part]?" No side-by-side photos and no health questions on lead forms.
Some services have extra Meta rules, so we check each one, and your provider signs off on the wording.
Plan around your calendar
For many spas, busy stretches follow events: holiday parties and gift cards in November and December, then spring weddings. We plan each offer a month ahead, and use weekday consult offers to fill quiet days.
How pricing works
Our main plan covers everything above: $1,500 a month for our first 5 clients this November (Founding Partner), then $2,500 a month plus a $1,500 setup fee (Growth). Both have a 3-month minimum. Ad spend is separate, paid to Meta; we usually suggest $1,000 to $2,000 a month. See pricing.
The booked-consult guarantee
Before ads start, we set a target for booked consults in your first 30 days of ads: that spend divided by $100, up to 15. At $1,500 or more, the target is 15. At $1,000, it's 10. Miss it, and month two's fee is waived.
Questions
What does a med spa marketing agency do?
It brings in new people and gets them to book. For us that's videos, Meta ads, a consult booking page and a reply to every lead in under 60 seconds.
Can med spas advertise on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Meta allows ads for many aesthetic services, such as injectables, shown to people 18 and older. The ads can't imply things about the viewer's body.
Do you post before-and-after photos?
No. We focus on your providers, your process and how to book.
How fast do you reply to a consult request?
In under 60 seconds: a text from 9am to 8pm in the lead's time zone, or an instant email outside those hours.
Do you only work with med spas?
No. We also work with salons, fitness studios, gyms and home service companies. Hypely is an Iowa company that works remotely with businesses across the US.
